HANOVER TOWN HALL – EXTERIOR RESTORTATION
The restoration of the Town Hall was divided into multiple phases. The first phase completed in 2017 included the cupola restoration, new poly-ash siding, wood trim restoration, portico repairs, pilaster capitol replacement, and window replacement.
HANOVER TOWN HALL – AIR CONDITIONING
MMT was hired to design and retrofit the historic section of the Town Hall with AC. Utilizing a VRF system, MMT was able to provide independent control for all of the individual rooms. Constraints of the project included the tight spaces and intricate detailing of the original building.
