The replacement of the 1930’s wood windows satisfied the USPS energy standards while maintaining the proper sightlines to meet the local and state historic requirements. A ramp was added to the building in order to make it accessible.

MMT was retained to investigate a series of power outages that disturbed retail operations; the issue was traced offsite. In the process, MMT identified obsolete electrical equipment within the facility and designed a solution to have it replaced without disrupting building operations.
