Mr. Taylor is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business administration and project management. Mr. Taylor's responsibilities also include engineering design and supervision of working drawings, preparation, specification writing, cost analysis, and construction administration. His expertise includes work in state and federal housing, government buildings, commercial and industrial facilities, hospitals, schools, hotels, and restaurants. Mr. Taylor is responsible for the compliance of all State Bid Projects with M.G.L. C149.
