Jim McKinnell

Mr. McKinnell is responsible for architectural and engineering design support with special emphasis on project management where projects involve both architecture and engineering. Mr. McKinnell, an architectural and engineering project manager, joined McKinnell McKinnell & Taylor Inc. in 1978. While acting as project manager he is responsible for initial contact, programming, supervision of schematic design through construction administration. His experience includes: Schools, U.S. Postal Service projects, multi-family, low income housing, medical clinics, labs, restaurants, recreational centers, and various municipal, commercial, and industrial buildings. The client cross section ranges from private developers to state and federal agencies. Mr. McKinnell has extensive experience in historic buildings including restoration and adaptive re-use.
